Tuna Salad
Ingredient :

Tuna chunks in brine, Ayam brand

granulated sugar
-
fish sauce
-
lemon juice
-
shallot
-
lemon grass
-
paprika
-
mint leaves
Method :

Prepare the salad dressing, add sugar, fish sauce and lemon juice, stir until the sugar dissolves.

Take the tuna out of the can. Use a fork to crush the tuna into small pieces and put it in.

Add shallots, lemongrass and chopped chilli. Mix well.

Ladle onto plates, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
